How to Enable Window Resize Tooltip in Windows XP

Occasionally, it's convenient to know the exact dimensions of the window you're working in. When you resize the window, what if it showed you the exact resolution? In my previous post, I showed you how to enable the window dimensions tooltip in Ubuntu 9.1. Today, I'll show you how to do this in Windows XP.

Install Sizer

Sizer is a handy utility for Windows XP that provides just the functionality we're looking for. This software is freeware. Unfortunately, there isn't a version for Windows Vista or Windows 7. Raymond.cc gives some instructions on installing with Vista, but apparently, it's really buggy.
